RENEWING LIFESTYLES with DYCOR’S silicone cap liners

Dycor’s new “Hemi” silicone liner (L5681) is ideally suited for Syme Lisfranc/Chopart and Transtarsal prosthetics. To minimize bulk, the liner is reduced to 1/16” in areas not adjacent to the socket frame. The liner is 3/16” thick along the shin and residuum. The silicone matrix is doped with mineral oil and vitamin E (Dl-Alpha-Tocophorol) to inhibit contact dermatitis, and comes in an attractive assortment of colors. Optional distal and zone padding are available to minimize bulk. The liner wall thickness is reduced to 1/16” anterior to the shoe counter area. Dispensing with the posterior half of the liner helps radiate body heat and provides greater volume accommodation. Dycor’s “Hemi” CAP Liners are available in small, medium or firm and are custom made from negative or positive models, and can be purchased separately or as a completed prosthesis through Dycor’s CFS Dept.
